What states are you accepting clients from? Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana & Florida

Are sessions online or in person? Both. I see clients virtually or in person in my Anchorage, Kentucky office.

Do you accept insurance? Sometimes. In some states I accept Aetna, Cigna, and Optum. In Tennessee I accept BCBS as well. Visit Mentaya.com to see if you're able to receive Out-of-Network reimbursement if I don't accept your insurance.

What are your private pay rates? $110-$150 per 50 min session

Do you work with couples? Sometimes.

Are you trauma informed? I am a practitioner of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART is an evidence based trauma therapy that shifts the way the body stores traumatic images, memories and feelings.

What are your credentials? I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor Candidate.

What can I expect my first session? Calm. Ease. Casual conversation.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments? I have some evening slots but do not offer weekend appointments.
